Welcome to the Goons with Spoons Wiki!

We're hoping that eventually we'll be able to have this site as a quality recipe archive for all the tasty treats on the Goons with Spoons forum. This site can only be as good as its contributors though, so register and dig in.

Consult the User's Guide for information on using the wiki software.

Rules:

-In general the same as the forum

-Original recipe owners should be the only ones doing major changes to their recipes, if you have a variation that doesn't warrant a seperate recipe, add it to the bottom under variations (hopefully to be part of the template)

-Please try to keep image file sizes down and appropriate to the size of the page, 30 seconds in an image editing program will keep the site running much faster. The admins reserve the right to remove any pictures that are flagrant offenders.

Things to do:

1) Create a template for recipe submissions that includes a the following: -A main recipe section -A category box similiar to those on the tviv wiki with categories for type of dish (beef, chicken, tofu, soup), Style/ethnic origin (French, Thai, Southern?) (maybe a secondary category as well ie: 1st category chicken/second category noodle -Link to other recipes by the same contributor

2) Once things are set up get a better front page going with a featured recipe etc.

3) Get an Iron Chef SA section going, including a page listing past winners and top finishers?
