This is a dish traditionally served at every holiday meal in my family. It's dead easy to make a couple days in advance, keeps well in the refridgerator, and is great with most main dishes. Everything needed for this recipie should be easily found in any supermarket, although the cranberry-orange relish is a bit harder to locate outside of the holidays. Try the freezer case.

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz package frozen raspberries
  • 1 4oz package cranberry-orange relish, thawed
  • 1 3oz package raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 3oz package lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Method

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil. In a bowl large enough to contain all ingredients, dissolve both packets of gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen raspberries, followed by cranberry-orange relish. Add soda, then stir once or twice to mix. Place the bowl in the refridgerator to set, preferably overnight.
