March's ICSA Challenge is seafood! The rules are so damned easy it isn't fair:

1) Prepare one or more dishes where seafood (fish or shellfish) is the main ingredient. If you're not sure whether your ingredient qualifies, ask. 2) Photograph the various steps. 3) Post a thread containing the recipe and your bitching photographs on or before March 20. Begin the subject title with ICSA 8.

Voting will begin March 21. The first-place winner will receive $15 worth of upgrades or custom titles. The second-place winner will receive a new custom title of his or her choice worth $5.
