Bouquet Garni

A small bunch of herbs used to flavor liquids. It generally includes a few sprigs of thyme, a bay leaf and some sprigs of parsley (the stems work fine). They're often tied with a string made of leek, or wrapped in cheese cloth and tied for easy removal.
