I have made these cookies about 100 times in the past year, following your recipe but I also add Heath Bar chips along with semi-sweet chips. They are really delicious and everyone I give them too loves them also, gracias.

I used this recipe with the following british measurements and had good results (yes, I think every discussion page should have something like this listed!);

  • 19 oz (1lb 3oz) plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 250ml veg oil (just under)
  • 8 oz butter
  • 8 oz brown sugar
  • 8 oz white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2-3 tsp vanilla
  • 950ml chocolate chips

Terrific Recipe[edit]
