Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 tsp vanilla (not in the picture)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
