Ingredients[edit]

  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 can cannelini beans
  • Many cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup worth shredded parmasean cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Truffle Oil
  • The roots of a coriander plant
  • Crushed coriander seed
  • Cilantro flowers for garnish

Method[edit]

Remove the victim's heart, and clean it well, for cleanliness is well pleasing to the gods:

Chop this heart well, then smite in the mortar and pestle. Add to a pan of olive oil along with the garlic and mushroom stems:

When fragrant, add the beans, well crushing them once hot. Also add the cheese, salt, and pepper:

Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture, and place in an oiled baking dish:

Bake at 375 until cooked and the tops are beginning to brown:
