This is my first Iron Chef SA, so be gentle. I really love these ingredients so it wasn't nearly as hard to come up with tasty dishes as with beets or something. This is way more work than I thought it would be! Big ups to sous chef Marvin for lending a helping hand.

To begin the meal with a toast,

Wash cucumbers and roughly chop. Place in blender with water, sugar, and lemon juice and puree. Strain through a lame wire mesh then again through a finer mesh or cheesecloth or whatever the hell you want. Test for sweetness/acidity and add more sugar or lemon juice as desired. Garnish with FINELY GROUND toasted coriander. The first try was with my ghetto-crushed stuff and it was too gritty.

Preamble
