Mushrooms Stuffed with Coriander Root, Garlic, White Beans, and Parmasean Cheese, Topped with Black Truffle Oil
Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 1 can cannelini beans
- Many cloves of garlic
- 1 cup worth shredded parmasean cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Black Truffle Oil
- The roots of a coriander plant
- Crushed coriander seed
- Cilantro flowers for garnish
Method
Select thine victim, a yearling, and unblemished:
Strip the choicest leaves and cut into manageable bits:
Mix with the spinach and baby bok choy:
Set aside and make your dressing. Combine the wet ingredients, then add the other ingredients on top:
Whisk until well combined:
Remove the victim's heart, and clean it well, for cleanliness is well pleasing to the gods:
Chop this heart well, then smite in the mortar and pestle. Add to a pan of olive oil along with the garlic and mushroom stems:
When fragrant, add the beans, well crushing them once hot. Also add the cheese, salt, and pepper:
Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture, and place in an oiled baking dish:
Bake at 375 until cooked and the tops are beginning to brown:
